Winona Area REALTORS donate over $3200 to Local Food Shelf
During the 2007 SEMAR (South East Minnesota Association of REALTORS®) Christmas party, party goes were asked to donate to the Winona Area Food Shelf. Wendy Davis led the charge with a microphone in hand. At the end of a one hour span, over $3,200.00 was raised. The party was attended by SEMAR REALTOR® and Affiliate members, as well as attorneys, bankers, and other business affiliated with the Winona real estate industry. By donating money, the food shelf is able to purchase 64,000 pounds of food.
