	Karen Becker Chief Executive Officer, SEMAR and SEMAR MLS karen@semnrealtors.comResponsibilities: all administrative and management functions and for executing the mission of the organization.  Responsible to the Board of Directors, the CEO’s primary responsibilities include planning, directing and controlling all activities of the organization in order to achieve the stated goals and objectives of the strategic and operating plans. Also responsible for staffing, New Member Orientation, teaching Code of Ethics classes and professional standards intake, monthly newsletter, weekly online bulletin, education programming, events and activities, Rochester Member Services Committee, Winona Member Services Committee, Austin Member Services Committee, and Young Professionals Network.
	Margaret Heise MLS Executive  margaret@semnrealtors.com Responsibilities: MLS Board of Directors, planning, budgets, administration and staffing for MLS, teach MLS and Basic MLS class, , provide statistics for local media, monthly MLS newsletter. weekly update for MLS and SEMAR Board of Directors.
	Linda Sorensen Staff Executive (Owatonna office) Linda@semnrealtors.com Responsibilities: Owatonna Member Services Committee, Albert Lea Member Services Committee, MLS Orientation, Membership Administration, MLS data entry, manage Supra lock box system, review MLS documentation.
	Cheryl Burmester Bookkeeper Cheryl@semnrealtors.com Responsibilities: Billing and Accounts Receivable for Association and MLS, Education registration, events and activities registration, Financial Statements, Sold Data Service orders and administration.
	Nathan (Nate) Johnson Community & Political Affairs Director  Nate@semnrealtors.com Responsibilities: Staff Community & Political Affairs Commitee and RPAC Committee servicing Albert Lea, Austin, Owatonna, Rochester and Winona areas. Serve as liaison to local government bodies to share information, track issues and form relationships to benefit the members, Real Estate Store orders and sales, Association website, facebook page and twitter administration.

Member Services Coordinator Responsibilities:  First point of contact on the phones and with visiting members.  Assistant to the SEMAR Association Executive.   Works with the Board of Directors meetings and committee meetings.  Serves as a liaison for education.
