Services – SE MN Association of REALTORS
Affiliate members are members of
the Southeast Minnesota area business community
who support the real estate industry, home ownership
rights and a partnership between all organizations
who help to build our communities. We invite you
to participate in this relationship.
Each affiliate who wishes to continue
membership may do so by paying $75 a year. (Our
fiscal year is Oct 1– Sept. 30 each year.)
For the $75 per year each
affiliate member receives:
- Your name, company name, address and phone number,
e-mail address and website link listed on the
Internet association homepage at www.semnrealtors.org;
also the ability to purchase banner ads on the
website. Ability to purchase banner ads on the
only local MLS internet site to feature LOCAL
advertising of LOCAL businesses, drawing people
to the area at www.semnrealtors.com. This site,
after nearly one year, receives an average of
500,000 page views a month! (Contact the association
for details.)
Receive the monthly Newsletter and the Weekly
Bulletin via e-mail or fax
Opportunity to serve on any of several different
committees: Affiliates Committee, Member and Community
Service Committee, Government Affairs Committee,
Education Committee. Each of the hub communities
(Albert Lea, Austin, Owatonna, Rochester and Winona)
has its own Member and Community Services Committee
– that may be your best choice!
Receive one free mailing list or labels of the
membership (all Realtors and Affiliates) (and
ability to purchase others at member prices);
inclusion on Affiliate Members list/labels
Recognition in our newsletter for supporting the
membership
Opportunity to participate in the Annual Affiliates
Fair in March to promote your products and services.
Invitation to attend and contribute to the social
functions: Golf Tournament (Rochester and Owatonna)
and the Mid-Winter and Holiday Parties in each
hub community
Invitation to General Membership meetings in each
hub community
Opportunity to present information from your firm
or area of expertise at education sessions
Attend continuing education at member prices
Purchase the MLS Quarterly Sold Book at member
prices
Purchase items at The Real Estate Store at member
prices
Participate in public relations efforts, such
as raising funds for an industry-related cause,
or participating in local community service projects
and neighborhood crime watch activities.
(Not all services and programs described
above are available yet in every hub community
of the SE MN Association – we’re still
growing!)

for Affiliate Membership Form and forward it with
