
Association Membership Application
Process
Brokers, agents, appraisers:

to set up a required initial meeting. At that
meeting you will be asked for your real estate
license number or appraisal certificate or license,
and a check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
to pay the association application fees and dues.

chart of dues amounts). Real estate licensees
will receive continuing education for this session.
Multiple Listing Service:
Those real estate agents, brokers or appraisers
wishing to purchase MLS services will indicate
that desire when registering for the initial membership
meeting (see above). At the meeting you will fill
out an MLS Application and learn about the dues,
fees, rules and policies of the MLS. You may also
sign up for a lockbox key for the Service at this
time, with an initial payment (by check) and attendance
at the key usage training. (See

Affiliate Members:
People in businesses affiliated with the real
estate industry, or buyers and sellers, such as
banks, credit unions, mortgage firms, title companies,
media, and those who offer products and services
to these groups may join as Affiliate Members.
Membership is individual, not corporate. Fill
out an Affiliate Application and send it to the
association with the appropriate dues.
